The Caterpillar room is a self contained baby unit, allowing maximum of 6 babies; this includes a sleep room, nappy room and kitchen as well as a large play room, which has qualified staff to look after every aspect of your babies care. A comprehensive questionnaire is given to every parent before their baby starts so we can take care of them in the same way as you would at home.
The baby’s key worker will keep a daily diary on your baby’s day. This is given to you to take home at the end of each session.
The catterpillar have a busy day, which will incorporate a wide range of stimulating toys and activities. The babies are encouraged to take part in all activities. Activities are planned based upon the birth to three frameworks.
