If you accept the offer of a place, we will require a deposit equal to 1 Month in advance. This will reserve your child’s place and will also act as payment for the last month when your child leaves. We require a minimum of 4 weeks written notice should you wish to terminate your child’s place at Fledgelings.

Due to the demand for places, in the event that you fail to take up your place, once accepted, you will forfeit your deposit.

We make no allowances for absence due to holidays, sickness or bank holidays. Absence due to holidays should be paid for, in advance, to enable us to retain your place.Payments may be made by cash, cheques, standing order or child care vouchers.

Government Grant

EEE: all children are entitled to Early Education Entitlement, from the start of the term following their third birthday. Funding is spread over the whole year and can be up to a maximum of 10.96 hours per week (38 weeks x 15 hours / 52 weeks).

All children are entitled to Government funding starting from the term following their third birthday. The amount paid is for 12.5 hours of free childcare place for your child per week. Fledgelings Day Nursery are under a pilot scheme for 15 hours of funding. Which means before a parent could claim upto £1691.00 amount of free child place but at Fledgelings Day Nursery Romford we have been allocated £2029.20.
